TrafficSwarm is an excellent way to get more traffic to your website but obviously like Stone, there is a nice amount of money to be made with TrafficSwarm as well. If you are not using TrafficSwarm as one of the ways you generate more traffic to your website you are missing out on a lot of good traffic. There are people out there that promote their online business exclusively with TrafficSwarm and are making a full-time income working from home doing so.

When looking for the best way to market your home business there are tons of possibilities. Of course some may end up costing you more than others. Whether you want to market yourself through the internet or through regular mail, there are certainly some methods of marketing that will be more cost-effective than others.

If you have just begun your home business it probably isn’t reasonable to expect to advertise yourself on a local billboard. However, it’s most certainly reasonable to post an advertisement in your local newspaper, print flyers, mail postcards, or advertise perhaps in places that you might not initially think of like your church bulletin. You could also post links to your website on certain forums online or if you’ll look you can find really good free classified advertising avenues to start getting the word out. Of course, they best kind of free advertising is through word-of-mouth.

Most forms of marketing have costs that range from relatively small to some that can be rather expensive. Printing fliers can be fairly low cost, but you must account for the cost of your paper and printer cartridges as you go through them.. Postcards are a very nice and effective way to advertise, but of course you have the cost of the cards first and then the postage. People love getting postcards though and they are almost always read, so you know your message is getting in front of those valuable eyes you are after. Posting an ad in a newspaper or bulletin will cost you for the ad space and even online, some sites will charge you to post your ad.

Depending on how much you are willing to pay for advertising, your sources for marketing may be limited. However, it is important to try multiple methods of advertising before deciding on the first one that shows a return. It is important to remember that if the return you are earning from an ad is not enough to pay for the cost of the ad itself, then cut it from your campaign immediately. One way to determine whether or not one of your methods of marketing is profitable is to survey your customers. When they go to make their purchase, have a way for them to respond to the question of how they heard about you. Knowing where your best return is coming from is crucial to your advertising success. Initially, the best strategy is to test, test, test. Test each advertising method and increase those that show the best return while eliminating those that are just costing you time and money. The money you save from eliminating the non-productive methods can then be reallocated to marketing strategies that you know are working well.

It will take some time to find the best marketing solution for your home business. Ultimately the best return may come from a combination of methods, so it is very important never to limit yourself to a single avenue for advertising. You will constantly be searching for the best solution that brings in the most revenue at the lowest cost.

So to answer the question of whether to pay or not to pay for advertising, the answer is a resounding BOTH. Pay AND don’t pay. :-) Paying for quality advertising really is a must, although it does not have to be expensive. Work At Home For Dummies – Here To Help You In Your Online Business

It is the goal and purpose of the Work At Home For Dummies business blog to help any and all comers to higher success in their online business ventures. I am always looking to share my experiences and what has succeeded for me as well as for others in order to help those who read here to reach their goals for their home based business.

Actually making money in your home based online business, I know, is everyone’s ultimate goal. That is one of the reasons why I have started to share some different examples of proof from those making money online from their home business. So in the continuing effort of the Work At Home For Dummies business blog to find ways to help you make more money in your home business, I am featuring an article today from David Pineda. He wrote a review of a business book that many online network marketers or multi-level marketing business owners have used successfully to grow their online MLM business.

Today’s feature article:

In his book, “Magnetic Sponsoring,” Mike Dillard teaches you, the network marketer, how to apply the proper marketing strategies that will turn you into a magnetic sponsor.

Though the “Magnetic Sponsoring” book only prints out 49 pages of content, it does not teach network marketers how to promote their business step by step. It is a guide, not an exact step by step road map. I can compare the Magnetic Sponsoring book to a conversation Neo and Morpheus had concerning a woman known as “The Oracle” in “The Matrix” the movie 1999.

The dialog went like this:

“Neo: So is this the same Oracle that made the prophecy?

Morpheus: Yes. She’s very old. She’s been with us since the beginning.

Neo: The beginning?

Morpheus: Of the resistance.

Neo: And she knows what, everything?

Morpheus: She would say she knows enough.

Neo: And she’s never wrong.

Morpheus: Try not to think of it in terms of right and wrong. She is a guide, Neo. She can help you to find the path.

Neo: She helped you?

Morpheus: Yes.

Neo: What did she tell you?

Morpheus: That I would find the One. I told you I can only show you the door. You have to walk through it.”

In a book like this, the information has to be generic and serve as a guide designed to help the network marketer to become a magnetic sponsor, but he/she has to “walk through the door” and apply the information contained therein.

Mike Dillard, once a surgeon recruiter for many hospitals quit his job and became a table waiter in order to pursue his career in network marketing. After discovering the proper use of positioning, and “sellucation” his term for the art of self-selling through education, sponsored 35 personal reps. and grew his organization to over 500 within just months and averaged over $500,000 dollars per year in volume sales.

Today he spends his time and efforts teaching network marketers the proper strategies of marketing and magnetic sponsoring, as well as serving as a marketing consultant to industry leaders.

In “Magnetic Sponsoring,” I found out that the strategy of the ABC business model is the most valuable a networker can learn. Mike doesn’t just tell you what Part A, Part B, or Part C is. He teaches you how to apply that principle in your MLM business,network marketing business, internet marketing business, or what ever you want to call it in order to keep your business running, and to make sure there is constant cash flow, and growth.

This book truly brings a fresh, high energy, revolutionary, and an effective approach to network marketing. “Sellucation” is intertwined through out the entire course. Educating prospects and applying the franchise business model is essential for network marketers to become magnetic sponsors.

Though it took me some time to fully understand how to apply magnetic sponsoring marketing techniques into my business, I feel that even people with little or no experience in MLM business, network marketing business, or internet marketing business,should have no problems applying the proper marketing strategies found within the book after reading it a few times.

In his newsletter, Mike guarantees that in just ten days, he can turn you into a MLM lead & cash generating wiz! I have to confess that at first, I did not really believe that; I thought he was just another guy creating a lot of hype to make a quick buck. After reading his “Magnetic Sponsoring” book however, I really see that he can actually back up his claim.

One thing I felt Mike could have done to make his book even better, was maybe expanding on the section about franchising a network marketing business with more specific, detailed explanations and/or illustrations as to how exactly this strategy should be applied so that the reader learns to apply this technique a lot faster, and effectively to his/her MLM business, network marketing business, or internet marketing business. But then again, the information is very generic and it applies to any business. As long as is read carefully a few times, there souldn’t be any problem applying those strategies.

Based on the claims that Mike makes in his free 10-day boot camp training, and in his “Magnetic Sponsoring” book, I could not think of any questions left unanswered, or any unfulfilled promises.

If you are in MLM business, network marketing business, or internet marketing business, you know that the life blood of any business are leads to generate prospects. In order to accomplish that you have to advertise and/or buy leads. If you are running your business on a shoe string budget, and want to generate prospects, generate cash to fund your advertising, and do NOT want to spend yourself out of business buying expensive leads, then my highest recommendation is this:

On a five star rating, one being the worst and five being the best, I give the “Magnetic Sponsoring” book a four star rating.

Though Mike Dillard has already produced a follow up ebook with 13 special reports on magnetic sponsoring that he gives as a bonus for acquiring the book, I hope he produces yet another more thorough breakdown of proper network marketing techniques book that teaches how to become extremely magnetic in network marketing.

on the Internet. You can enhance your online home
business by starting or expanding an affiliate program(s)

It’s one of my favorites so I wanted to bring it back and share it early in 2009 because I believe this is and should be the future of Multi-Level Marketing. Changing The Face Of Network Marketing

It is said that perception is reality. This is true to the person who has the perception. Those involved in Network Marketing know the truth about the brilliance of the compensation plans they believe in, but too many times even with the best of intentions Network Marketers shoot themselves in the foot with what they say or how they describe this truly genius marketing plan.

“I’ve never participated in MLM programs, because I don’t want to be under somebody having to get more people under me.” This was an actual response from someone I talked to recently about Network Marketing. Why does he feel this way about MLMs? Just look at what he said and how he said it. Take special note to his choice of words. “I don’t want to be UNDER somebody…”. This perception has to go.

Why is it there in the first place? There are a number of reasons. I would submit to you, though, that the Network Marketing industry and the people in it perpetuate this unfortunate misconception. How?

Mostly by the terminology that is used when people are showing their business plans. Also, by the illustrations that have been shown for years like the drawing of circles one underneath the other underneath the other and so on.

For this particular prospect, it is his perception that he is “under” someone, as if he is a subordinate to the person above him. Nothing could be further from the truth! It’s interesting to note that he has no problem being a subordinate to his boss at his job. Those of us that understand the brilliance of the Network Marketing compensation plan know that in reality, MLMs are truly the most level playing field available for anyone who gets involved compared to any other business structure out there.

The reality, as we know it, is that EVERY person that gets involved in an MLM program has an equal chance of success in terms of promotion status and compensation than anyone else in that program. No matter where that person may be in the “system”. When one person sponsors another, they are on equal ground in terms of the success each one can achieve. The new associate can actually out promote and can far out earn his sponsor if he so chooses. He who does the work gets paid the most. Isn’t this the most sought after thing in the work world? That is equal opportunity for everyone no matter who they are or where they come from? Isn’t this what traditional business has been trying to accomplish for years? Hasn’t our government tried to legislate this??? Here’s a news flash for the traditional business world… You can never truly accomplish this. Network Marketing always has and always will have it.

Why do think most people want to own their own business? They want equal opportunity.

In Network Marketing, sure the sponsor in most cases is getting overrides off of his downline(bad term we’ll discuss later). However, if the sponsor is out “sponsored” by his partners then the partners promote to higher levels and make more money. Sometimes a lot more money. So in this case, who actually is below or under who?

Network Marketing is truly the most equal and level playing field for anyone who makes the decision to get involved despite of their background. The traditional business structure is far from being this fair. The true “pyramids” are traditional businesses and governmental structures where the guy at the top always makes the biggest money while those UNDER him are compensated far less. Additionally, those in the “downline”(better term for these business structures) of the traditional business can NEVER promote past the guy at the top. They may be able to promote past others in their “upline”(better term for this structure), but usually at the expense of someone else. When someone is promoted in the traditional business structure, many times it is at someone else’s expense fostering resentment and bitterness by those demoted or passed over.

In Network Marketing, on the other hand, a sponsor would love for anyone in his “downline”(can we get rid of this term?) to promote to any level they desire. In fact, the sponsor encourages it and begs for it… Please promote!… Everyone! Any associate’s income in Multi-Level Marketing is NOT at the expense of anyone else’s in the organization.

I’ve made several references to terminology and whether I believe it’s good or bad depending on which business structure you are referring to. Network Marketing’s references to those in one’s organization giving the perception of subordination really need to be done away with. “He’s in my downline.” “She’s in my upline.” It is my belief that the perceptions of many prospects like the one I referred to earlier might have had a different opinion if certain references and illustrations changed in Network Marketing.

So what should you call your business partners in your Networking business? Well, just that, “Business Partners” is a start. I don’t think anyone should refer to their business partners as part of their “downline”. That would seem to indicate that they are somehow lesser than you or a subordinate to you in some way and we know that this is NOT the case.

I don’t believe when circles are being drawn for a prospect that you should put yourself ABOVE them. On the contrary, you should draw YOUR circle at the BOTTOM of the page and put your partner circles above you. Or draw them out to the side. After all, they are equal partners with an equal chance to succeed.

We all know that the true pyramids are the traditional business structures. Let’s separate and distance ourselves from them. Can we please?!? MLMs are equal opportunity and traditional business is not. We need to clearly distinguish Network Marketing businesses as the equal opportunity structure that traditional businesses are not.

Uplines should be Sidelines. Downlines should be your true Upline. Put your sponsored partners above yourself to raise yourself. We all know that that is what Network Marketing is all about. Helping others to succeed.

Come on Network Marketers, let’s change this perception to the true reality of equal opportunity for all.

It seems today that more and more people want to work out of their homes. The reasons are too numerous to list here, but usually include “tired of the rat race”, “I want to spend more time with my family”, “the economy”, “I hate my job”, “My job may soon be gone”, and so on.

As many other have, I have searched high and low for a way to make money from home on the internet. For me, it’s kind of like trying to find that other best song on the radio. You find something you like, but you keep searching across the dial just in case there is something better on. Sounds like what us men do with the TV remote as well. That has described my search for the perfect online business.

I have come across a lot of scams no doubt. Surprisingly, though if you really look and in the right places, there are legit ways to make an online income. Some require more effort than others and they usually pay accordingly. One way I found was to check the popular and reputable News sources online like Fox News, CNN etc. Type in a search for work at home programs and in a lot of cases you will find where they have reported about such programs. They tell you what is legit and what isn’t in a lot of cases and what to watch out for.

I have a number of ventures I have delved into in the online marketing world. They are giving return but do require more work than what they originally said they would. Of course that should be expected if there really is going to be a return, right? The ones that actually require some work are the ones that usually actually make you money. If they say little or no work is required to make the big bucks they are claiming you could make, you can be certain that little or no work actually means little or no money. In fact, they’ll probably ultimately cost you money. If they are honest from the start that your venture will require some work, you’re probably looking at one that will make you some real money.

Along those same lines… A opportunity that says “No Risk”, “No Investment”, “Small Investment”, “No Selling”, and other such “No’s”, these are not necessarily red flags to a bogus opportunity. The “No Selling” claim is often because they have a system or videos and such that do the selling for you. That’s great! “No Selling” is an attractive benefit. The big negative one to watch out for is “NO WORK”. Again, “no work” usually means NO MONEY.

The Key to Your Success

In regard to making money on the Internet, everyone is always
looking for the quick fix. They want to sign up for a program,
place an advertisement, and make hundreds or thousands of dollars
instantly. While this may be possible depending on your
circumstances, the most direct and guaranteed path to success on
the Internet is to stick with the fundamentals.

A friend of mine who is an athletic coach for kids in the city
where I live reminded me of this lesson. This guy is actually so
passionate about kids and athletics that he coaches 4 different
sports: basketball, soccer, baseball and football. Of course, he
has a kid of his own on each team. But what is remarkable about
this guy is the results he gets with his teams.

He was recruited to coach the 8th grade football team where his
children go to school. After 27 years of losing seasons in a row,
the first year my friend became the head coach the team won the
district championship and repeated their championship run the
following year. This past weekend he coached 12 different games
and won all 12 of them. As you can tell, this guy is extremely
dedicated.

But the funny thing is that he and the kids he coaches are not
totally hung up on winning. If they lose a game, they feel
equally good about themselves as they would if they had won. What
matters most to them is how well they played and lived up to
their potential as a team.

The real question is how my friend’s teams continually perform
on such a high level and beat nearly anyone they play even though
they are often smaller and younger than their competitors. I
asked this question to my friend the other day and he told me
that it’s all in the fundamentals.

In his practices, all he works on with his kids is keeping a
positive mindset and practicing the fundamentals. He told me that
his teams never scrimmage or strategize about upcoming games
during practice. They simply work hard on all the fundamentals of
whatever particular sport they are playing and do so more than
any other team they play. This constant practice and improvement
of the fundamentals is what allows his teams to progress faster
than his competitors. While most other teams get caught up with
how to win, out-strategize, be stronger than and intimidate their
opponents, my friend’s team is just so good at the basics that
they blow everyone out of the water when game day arrives.

This got me thinking about my own Internet business and why I’ve
been able to succeed on such a high level while most others who
have tried to do what I do have failed. The answer is not really
surprising.

Most people who try to build a successful Internet home business
are looking for the quick fix. They want it to work IMMEDIATELY
and so they usually fall prey to business opportunities that
promise to help them get rich overnight and advertising scams
that promise to deliver thousands of hungry prospects to their
website in the next 24 hours. Of course, these opportunistic
schemes are really just geared to steal people’s hard earned
money. You see, when someone is desperate and looking for an
INSTANT solution, they will often be taken advantage of and their
chances for success with an Internet home business are slim to
none.

However, while there are thousands of business opportunities on
the Internet and millions of different ways to advertise and
promote your website, I personally practice the fundamentals in
my Internet home business. I do this by sticking with the
business opportunities I’ve joined for the long haul and
promoting my website consistently with simple, affordable and
easily maintained Internet marketing techniques.
