I need help coming up with a topic for a business training presentation project. Some examples of previous projects are:

Setting up a new bank account – for new tellers

Setting a table – for new banquet waiters

Taking and setting up to go orders – for new waiters

Wrapping gifts – for new employees at bed bath and beyond

The goal is to think of a job that would need training and to give a PORTION of that training.

I can’t figure anything beneficial that could be to a business from induction training. I know the benefits of on-the-job & off-the-job training to both business & employee. But how can induction training help to a business? Employees learn everything about business and this makes it easy for them to settle in it but what is the business’s benefit from it? Is it only employess that benefit?
Please help! I’ve Bsn. Std. exam tomorrow and I’m unable to solve this…my teacher told me there r benefits to business but I can’t find them out.
